Dian Solar Officially Launches Solar Innovation Hub: Accelerating Integrated Renewable Energy Solutions
Jakarta, May 7, 2026 – PT Daya Mas Agra Sejahtera (Dian Solar), a subsidiary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), officially commenced operations at its new headquarters on the 16th floor of Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Thamrin, Jakarta. As a company engaged in the development, provision, management, and operation of Solar Power Plants (PLTS), as well as sustainable clean energy solutions, this milestone also marks the launch of the Solar Innovation Hub, a real-time Solar Power Plant performance monitoring center powered by Huawei Digital Power's FusionSolar technology.
The inauguration was attended by DSSA's leadership team, along with strategic partners from PT Huawei Tech Investment, represented by Lei Bing, Indonesia Smart PV Director, and PT Hua Sheng Energy, represented by Sebastian Gunawan, Head of Operations and Business Development. The presence of these partners reinforces the collaboration in providing Huawei inverter technology, which serves as a key component in enhancing the efficiency of the solar power systems developed by Dian Solar.
The Solar Innovation Hub serves as an integrated control center designed to monitor energy system performance accurately through a data-driven approach. Equipped with a wall-mounted monitoring system, Dian Solar now has full real-time visibility over the operations of all project sites.
The operational optimization of the Solar Innovation Hub is supported by Huawei's FusionSolar technology, a smart energy management platform widely adopted in commercial and industrial-scale solar power projects. Through the integration of real-time monitoring technology, Smart PV Optimizer, and active protection features such as AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interruption), the system enables more efficient, secure, and responsive energy management based on field operating conditions. The implementation of this technology helps ensure optimal solar power plant performance while enhancing asset security standards and overall system reliability.
"Through the Solar Innovation Hub, we are committed to maintaining the operational efficiency of all our solar power assets. FusionSolar technology enables more accurate real-time monitoring, allowing any site issues to be addressed promptly. The synergy between Dian Solar and Huawei through FusionSolar technology serves as the foundation for us to continue accelerating capacity expansion, particularly in the development of O&M systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) totaling approximately 25 MWh this year," said Gisela Lesmana, Director of PT Daya Mas Agra Sejahtera (Dian Solar).
Currently, FusionSolar monitoring technology has been deployed across all Dian Solar project sites throughout Indonesia.
During the same event, Dian Solar and Huawei strengthened their strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of Smart PV solutions and an integrated energy storage ecosystem in Indonesia.
This collaboration forms part of Dian Solar's readiness enhancement efforts in developing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), supported by Huawei's Smart PV Monitoring System (FusionSolar), which offers real-time monitoring capabilities, intelligent energy management, and a scalable system architecture to support larger-scale energy asset management in the future.
The collaboration also emphasizes the development of Huawei's Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), supported by a digital Operation & Maintenance (O&M) system based on real-time monitoring. This enables monitoring, performance analysis, and system inspections to be conducted anytime without requiring on-site visits. The implementation of this technology is expected to support the development of a more modern, efficient, and responsive energy management system.
Through this strengthened partnership, Dian Solar is not only expanding the development of solar energy solutions but also building readiness toward smarter, safer, and more sustainable integrated energy management systems. This initiative further underscores Dian Solar's commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable, and transparent renewable energy solutions for Indonesia's industrial sector.
